Shortages, Damages, & Returns
1. Claims for missing or damaged items must be done within 3 business days of receiving your order. 2. Visible damages to cartons must be noted on the delivery freight bills. Reports for visible or concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to 1-800-344-3299. 3. All sales on nippers or tools are not returnable due to sterilization and hygienic reasons. 4. Electronic appliances are subject to manufacturer warranty. 5. There are no returns on special order items. 6. Books and videos are not returnable unless packaged in the original shrinkwrap. 7. There are no returns or exchanges on FREE goods. 8. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returned merchandise. In the event that NailSuppliesDirect.com is at fault, customer will be credited for all shipping charges incurred. 9.
